Brendan Bruder is an honours Bachelor of Science graduate of Trinity College/Bolton Street College, Dublin with an honorary Master of Arts degree from the same University. He has worked in the UK for over 21 years and heads our Investment and Management Companies. He was elected a professional associate of the RICS in March 1988 and is a Fellow of The Non-Administrative Receivers Association. Brendan is Managing Director of AbbeyRoss Ltd., AbbeyRoss Investments Ltd. and a Director of two other property companies. 

Andrew Gordon is an Associate of the Institution of Commercial Business Agents, a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has more than 30 years experience in the commercial property market throughout the UK. He is currently Director in charge of our Wellingborough office, head of the industrial and office agency sections and is also responsible for rating work across a broad range of property types. Andrew is a Director of AbbeyRoss Ltd and Managing Director of AbbeyRoss Agency Ltd.

Robin Ungemuth is a Bachelor of Science graduate of City University, London and was elected a professional associate of the RICS in November 1992. He has extensive agency contacts throughout the UK but in the London area in particular and heads our development and retail agency divisions.

Thelma Bakewell  started with AbbeyRoss when the firm bought out William H Brown Commercial and previously worked for Property Management Agents and a major High Street retailer and is our Property Management Accounts Administrator having taken over from Patricia Starsmore who now provides consultancy services.

Abbey Ross Property Consultants was formed in May 1994 as a
commercial management buyout of William H Brown's commercial
business in Northamptonshire.

The three partners were previously local Directors of William H Brown
Royal Life Estates and collectively have more than sixty years
experience of commercial and residential property in the UK.
The firm have offices in Northampton, and Wellingborough.

In September 2003 and after incorporation the firm was re-organised
into four separate divisions as follows:

Andrew Gordon and with Robin Ungemuth as co-founding Director.

A specialist commercial property investment consultancy headed by
Brendan Bruder.

Concentrating on all aspects of industrial and offices sales and lettings and development work
headed by Andrew Gordon.

A shops and offices specialist with an emphasis on development work
and run by Robin Ungemuth.
