We have carried out portfolio valuations for major UK banks, a series of valuations for Barclays Bank plc., AIB plc, RBS, Nationwide and several private valuations for probate, taxation, lending and re - mortgage purposes.

Every rent review or lease renewal is different, whether it is the drafted terms of the rent review clauses or the manner in which the negotiations are undertaken. Even in times when there appears little market activity it is always important to seek professional advice to ensure an optimum settlement is achieved. The characteristics of an increasingly complex market have seen the manifestation of inducements which require the correct analysis to provide an underlying rent. Developments in legislation and case law affecting the drafting of certain standard clauses may not initially appear to have any implication on rent reviews so beware!
Rating
For the 2005 & 2010 rating revaluation we have been retained on appeals and have carried out other rating related work principally throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
